Know the recommendation was for another member but thanks, I just moved to middle Tennessee and on 50 acres where I hike daily with my dogs and have thought of looking for something like this!
That's true but the monopoly has squelched a lot of shows and the cable monopoly is determined to stop "a la carte" programming in which viewers would only pay for the programming they want. (It's happening anyway with streaming services). Hollywood hates shows for "flyover country" and instead funds programs that support their "closed circuit television" propaganda mentality. It's television for them, not the viewers.
Viewers are increasingly turning to webcasts and online videos now that they have the option. Who would want to watch television instead of a Hickok45 or Paul Harrell video? There's a huge opportunity for someone to put together a "you might like" catalog (instead of depending on YouTube) for great videos.
Barack and Mike Obama are “producers” for Netflix & Susan Rice is on the board of Netflix.
They’re desperately attempting to normalize pedophilia.
Netflix recently depicted an 8 year old masturbating with a cushion to orgasm in an Argentine, too:

Being Jaded. It is why the rich and powerful, who find they can have anything they want, even the forbidden, eventually find no happiness in it. And end up committing suicide.
the subjectivistic and relativistic morality of lefturd loons permits the morality of anything goes
Everyone who purchases Netflix is supporting such depravity. It’s had been airing such crap for years.
I took your advice and checked out their site. You, my friend, are spot on. It is FULL of leftist drivel. One recent article was titled, "How to be an ethical shopper under capitalism". SMH
At a time the left has declared that silence is violence, Michelle Obamas silence on Netflixs controversial movie Cuties has not gone unnoticed. It is also undermining her brand as Americas mom and chief defender of female empowerment across the globe.
No one should doubt the considerable power former first lady Michelle Obama wields within Netflix or the unrivaled cultural influence she has to speak out in defense of preserving girlhood and innocence. Sadly, however, Michelle has a troubling history of celebrating, rather than denouncing, the sexualization of popular culture and of elevating artists who contribute to the pernicious cultural trend of equating stripper culture with female empowerment.
In 2018, Barack and Michelle Obama penned an eye-watering $60 million deal with Netflix to produce content for the popular subscription streaming service that would promote greater empathy and understanding. Michelle Obama is also the founder of the Global Girls Alliance, an Obama Foundation initiative to empower girls.
With close friends like Susan Rice on the Netflix board of directors, it is not unreasonable to assume that Michelle could have stopped Cuties from airing, scolding executives for duping her when she joined the Netflix family and proudly declared it a natural fit for the kinds of stories we want to share.
At the very least, she could have expressed public outrage over the films hyper-sexualized depictions of 11-year-old girls or even Netflixs original promotional art for the film, for which they eventually apologized.
But she didnt. Nor did her Hollywood friends. When #cancelNetflix started trending on Twitter, the corporate media and Hollywood celebrities jumped to the films defense, insisting that the disturbing images of prepubescent twerking and simulating sex were justified or even necessary to convey the films message about the dangers of sexualizing youth culture.
Unfortunately, this message was undermined by Netflixs provocative advertising campaign, as well as the directors inexcusably inappropriate camera shots, which were rightfully deemed fodder for pedophiles. Lila Rose, a pro-life advocate and campaigner for childrens rights, excoriated Netflix, You dont fight child exploitation by exploiting children.
You dont fight child exploitation by exploiting children. You dont stop child pornography by creating, selling and distributing child pornography.#CancelNetflix Lila Rose (@LilaGraceRose) September 11, 2020 Matt Walsh, a writer and influential conservative cultural observer, said, My guess is that this is a commentary on child exploitation in the same way that a movie like The Purge is a commentary on violence. That is, it really just exhibits what it wants to comment on, and most of the audience is there for the exhibition, not the alleged commentary.

In 2018, both Obamas got an eye-popping $60 million production deal with Netflix (as repayment for then- pres Obama's showering Netflix with tax dollars).
The two were to produce content that would promote greater empathy and understanding.
You know, stuff they learned in the sewers of Chicago when Michelle was an "invisible" black woman.
NOTE: Altruistic Michelle founded the Global Girls Alliance, to empower girls
which is connected to their tax-free, money gusher the Clintonesque Obama Foundation.
Obama's go-fer Susan Rice is on the Netflix board, so the trio could have stopped the airing of the disgusting exploitation of girls in Cuties.
If we can’t even get ourselves to fight back by cancelling Netflix, which is easy, we wont fight anything.
Bkmk
Art is a reflection of life, not it's creator. That website is catering to the latest cultural fads because that is what the advertisers want them to do.
It has always been this way. Hell, Elvis was considered an evil demon by parents who didn't like his swaying hips. Girls threw their panties on stage. TV and MOVIE producers made millions. Fan magazines of the time carried the 'crazed females in orgasmic throes' . There really is nothing new under the Sun.
As the title of this thread proposed, It's us. It's our current world. Conde Nast is just holding up a mirror for us.
The "cultural divide" is well depicted in the feet of the statue found in Daniel chapter 2, Nebuchadnezzar's dream symbol of world kingdoms throughout the age. Not only are two feet not connected, in the dream the feet are composed of two materials that cannot mix together--iron and clay.
We are very, very close to the time of the end of all kingdoms.
Daniel 2:41 "Just as you saw that the feet and toes were partly of baked clay and partly of iron, so this will be a divided kingdom; yet it will have some of the strength of iron in it, even as you saw iron mixed with clay. 42 As the toes were partly iron and partly clay, so this kingdom will be partly strong and partly brittle. 43 And just as you saw the iron mixed with baked clay, so the people will be a mixture and will not remain united, any more than iron mixes with clay.44 In the time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever. 45 This is the meaning of the vision of the rock cut out of a mountain, but not by human handsa rock that broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold to pieces.
The great God has shown the king what will take place in the future. The dream is true and its interpretation is trustworthy.
IMO, that is the problem.
You put your finger on one of the big - and underlying - problems here: the post-Great Society devolution of urban black culture, and the refusal to tolerate any criticism of said culture. This minority urban youth counterculture has overwhelmed and superseded many aspects of America's previously dominant Christian culture - to the point that many Gen Z'ers can now scarcely understand what the controversy over this film is about. They are not really even aware that there are other kinds of dance and music that do not rely on explicitly sexual lyrics and acts - they have been taught that explicit displays are "culture" and anyone who criticizes them is a racist.
“One ship sails East,
And another West,
By the self-same winds that blow,
Tis the set of the sails
And not the gales,
That tells the way we go.
Like the winds of the sea
Are the waves of time,
As we journey along through life,
Tis the set of the soul,
That determines the goal,
And not the calm or the strife.”

I enjoyed that, thank you.
