I just watched a few episodes on Discovery channel. I think it was called, Killer Beside Me but I might be mistaken. There were two single mothers who invited killers into their houses. One was a serial killer that murdered the mother’s daughter. The other one was also a serial killer who raped the two young daughters and murdered her niece. Neither lady knew they were in love with serial killers.
My brother has to be attached to someone mo matter what. He has put up with quite alot including contemplaing suicide before he finally lets them go. He somehow picks messed up women. He is onto his third bipolar girlfiremd in 15 years. Unfortunately, I have lttle pity for his predicaments.

I disagree with the headline “Nurse who fell in love with child rapist”. She didn’t know this guy enough to “fall in love.” She gambled with her life and her daughters’ lives and “fell in lust”, not love.
Wheb my sister-in-law got divorced from her second husband, she had a seven year old daughter. The day she threw her husband out she went out partying. I told her that you have a 7 year old daughter and she is your priority. She said to me and I quote “what about my needs”? By needs what she meant was getting laid frequently.
Anyway there were a parade of men through her house sprinkled in between husbands 3 and 4. Her daughter is as screwed up as you would expect. She’s practically a psychopathic clone of her mother. I expect her two-year-old daughter, illegitimate of course, to grow exactly as screwed up as she is. And I think that child’s risk of molestation from one of the various men going through her life is probably significant.
It’s just nauseating. And it has been the whole time. Frankly I’m just amazed that her daughter didn’t get raped by one of these men.

My older sister is the same ... she has to have someone dangling on her hook, to do her bidding. And she keeps several “exes” on the back-burner, dragging them back in when the main guy disappoints. I swear she has some kind of voodoo-magic, because no way would a normal guy put up with her crap.
Thank God she never had a child, she would be the kind of mom who would think it was perfectly fine to go out and party late at night, because the kid is just sleeping in their crib anyways.

Background check, definitely; DON’T move in with him right away. Honestly. My sister married an online dating guy; we were all suspicious. His daughter finally called her from the Middle East where she worked/ had moved to get away from him?? “Run screaming. My dad’s a con artist. He just wants your money.” He had ‘borrowed’ her guns to look them over at his place in the mountains. When they called the Sheriff to verify the daughter’s warning, the Sheriff said YES but he had died in a drunken wreck in a snowstorm so not to worry.

Except for releasing him from prison after his first convictions for child rape and murder.
