During an interview with Tampa’s WFLA News Channel 8 on Tuesday, 2020 Democratic presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden stated that he would “absolutely” roll things back a little bit if there is a second coronavirus spike.
Reporter Keith Cate asked, “If you were president right now, let’s say we had a sudden spike in COVID-19 cases, what actions would you take? Would you encourage another shutdown? Would you enforce a national mask mandate? How would you respond?”

What you want, is herd immunity.
What you want, are plenty of cases.
What you don’t want, are lots of deaths.
But they don’t ask about a spike in deaths (because that’s definitely not happening).
They ask about a spike in cases. Which is fairly predictable, and it is not a cause to panic, but it is politically useful.
Scamdemic.
He doesn’t have the authority to roll anything back that is not fedgov related.

SPIKE == bad production run of flawed tests.
“Bigger question is does he know what it means?”
His handlers know; that’s all that counts.
Once tested positive, contact tracing is needed. This is being done--on a limited and inefficient basis today--because once a tracer finds a positive case, it takes about a half-hour to go through all the questions. There are lots of limitations with "more testing."
Certain groups probably would “roll back” the economy & other things every time something different popped up on the horizon. In so doing, they would just compound the problem; a lot like what is being done now.

Americans are too accustomed to their individual freedoms and rights to put up with much more of these faux virus pandemic mandates.
Try as much as Biden and these democRAT governors and mayors and wannabe tyrants might, people are just not going to go along with their unconstitutional demands any longer.
Telling people there are increased cases does not mean more people are showing symptoms and are sick. It just means more people have been exposed to the virus and may test positive for it. And deaths are going down, so there's that.
Give it up liberals. The effort to control people with fear and threats of the virus are waning rapidly and you will not see a willing population go along with your "medical" (translated: political) directives a second time around.
Biden is not doing himself any favors, except to the radical far-Left who would vote for him no matter what, by threatening to institute new restrictions on the population if new cases of the virus are detected.
Only Trump will benefit.
