I KNOW Julie Bart. Or, at least... I did. Many years ago.
I worked with her at Dow Chemical in Freeport Texas back around 1983?? She was nice. But, definitely a super liberal. She was working in the Environmental Dept then.
We worked together on a couple of projects.
