I also get in trouble for saying this, but it’s true. It’s only pedophilia if they are pre-pubescent. A 50 year old man that has a taste for 14 year old girls may be sick. He may be perverted, and he may be breaking the law if he has “relations” with them. but it’s not pedophilia. And a girl, no matter how young, that has menstruated is not a child. She is a very young adult human. Pedophilia is about pre-pubescent children.
And for the record, when I was a teen, I knew a couple of 14 year old girls (no, not in the biblical way) that could teach plenty of 21 year olds a few tricks.
Years ago, I was on a jury for a murder trial. after we returned a verdict, they told us to hang around as they had a short jury pool.
I wandered into a trial room where a man was up for statutory rape. It was the states third attempt, as there had been two hung juries.
Anyway, the girl, now of legal age, was testifying. The thing is, she was dressed like she was going clubbing. I don’t think she helped the states case, because before they let us go, the man was founf not guilty
