I’d bet everything I have that this will reach SCOTUS.I wonder if it would be wise for the President to hire Dershowitz as part of his team. And I wonder if he’d accept if asked.

I’d bet everything I have that this will reach SCOTUS.

I don't know what SCOTUS would do about it.

It has to go to the Electoral College first. SCOTUS would say that the state legislatures already have the remedy power to intercede and select their Electors, no matter what happens with voting chaos. Electoral College rules allow for absent states.

SCOTUS will not select the winner. The state legislatures will.
