You don’t move up in the DNC unless you are an oppressed group.
Had a friend who wanted to be a Democrat delegate to national convention (I believe 1976 or 80). He had to check a box or he was not eligible. The exclusive categories: were Gay, disabled, union member, Black or Hispanic. I believe that was it. Diversity my butt.
