I had to step out to go get some supplies for a wife not feeling well. She wanted Alka-Seltzer + cold & flu symptoms, crackers and water. I told her that I won’t take her to a hospital. Monitoring temp & bp. Got the ‘rona? Shush I shouldn’t say that too loud. On a plus note at least I get to run the house today with 2 dogs and 2 cats to drive me nuts...in & out...in & out... This should be interesting as I am a 1 beer a day total slob kind of guy.

You are a Freeper. If you payed attention you should have been taking large doses of Vitamin D3 for the last ten or so years.

There is so little active ingredient in the tonic water that you really need several liters a day to get close to something workable.

Do consider taking quercetin, at a 1,000 mg dose, though.

Take that zinc (it’s what we take), Vitamin D3, and for Vitamin C, use a time or sustained release version. Vitamin C normally gets excreted within two hours or so, otherwise, leaving you “C-less.”

If you don’t mind adding to it, take a multivitamin/multimineral that has selenium, Vitamin B12, and magnesium. It is believed NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) also helps and benefits from a sustained release, too.
