It sounds like it and IT IS. Reform is needed requiring that IP addresses be collected and retained for ALL online donations. Where donations are made by money card payment, that information needs to be retained and all such payments need to be traced back to the financial sources paying for the “cards”.

What are the chances that the Antifa/BLM/Dems will riot near the “consolidated” polling places on 3 Nov to make it impossible for voters to vote in person?
If there are riots in the vicinity of these “consolidated” polling places many voters will not attempt to go to the polls for fear of being attacked or being unable to drive safely to the polling place.
