I believe it was around 1985 when he said a vaccine was right around the corner. Swing and a miss on that one.

Dr. Fauci predicted in 1985 that he and his cohorts would have a vaccine for AIDS within two years. The AIDS Retrovirus mutates as readily as does the Coronavirus which is a characteristic of many RNA viruses. I believe history is going to repeat itself.
