Protester Privilege ^ | 9/10/2020

Posted on 09/10/2020 11:56:10 PM PDT by Mount Athos

Around 6 pm EST today a man named Jeffrey Acord called 911 to report a fire on the side of SR-167 near Pallyup, Washington. After calling the police, Mr. Acord then set to live streaming himself to his Facebook Page. During the video you can see the police question Acord and after a period of time, the video ends as they arrest him for Reckless Burning 2nd Degree.

The following is the Facebook Live video he posted. [video at link]

Mr. Accord has a bit of a history with the law and with protesting. In 2014 Acrod was arrested in Seattle, Washington during the Ferguson Decision Protest.

From a KOMO news report of the incident: Officers also found the man was carrying a 7-inch knife in his backpack, and had a box of ammunition, an assault rifle, a shotgun, and a box full of large fireworks in his car, police said.

ou can see below the charges that he was found guilty of from this incident. [image at link]

The fire was contained to the interstate and was contained and put out by the local fire department.

He is now sitting in the Pallyup, WA jail, charged with Reckless Burning in the 2nd degree. According to Washington Law, this charge is described as

(1) A person is guilty of reckless burning in the second degree if he or she knowingly causes a fire or explosion, whether on his or her own property or that of another, and thereby recklessly places a building or other structure, or any vehicle, railway car, aircraft, or watercraft, or any hay, grain, crop or timber, whether cut or standing, in danger of destruction or damage.

(2) Reckless burning in the second degree is a gross misdemeanor.

Washington Revised Code Title 9A. Washington Criminal Code § 9A.48.050. Reckless burning in the second degree According to Mcaleerlaw.net “This offense is a gross misdemeanor punishable by up to 364 days in jail.” Given the current climate lets hope they give him the rest of the year to think about the danger he put everyone in. In the live-stream, he can be seen pointing out a neighborhood close to where he set the fire.

Mr. Acrod’s continued involvement in Social Justice protest and ideology is apparent from social media post. [Image at link]

Update: 10:06AM EST

PP Staff can confirm that Mr. Acord has been transferred released from the Pallyup, WA jail to the Pierce County Jail where he was booked in under a separate Burglary 2 charge.

While doing more investigating on Mr. Acord, we noticed that content from his social media, including the photos above, were being removed. We were able to grab the video below from his Facebook prior to its removal.

Sources are also telling us, that Mr. Acord is now a suspect in two other local fires, including the Bonney Lake fire. We will update with more as more information becomes available.

The NYT has an article out right now screaming that any claims the arrested arsonist has any antifa or BLM ties is a total myth. Twitter is screaming the same thing. But they are lying and won't breathe word one about the facts in this article. There was a false rumor about 6 antifa arsonist in a different county, but that doesn't make anything in this article untrue.

This arrested arsonist led a BLM protest march in June, and livestreamed this arson for his friends.

Reminds me of how they protect jihadists the same way every time one or a bunch of them slits somebody throat or terrorize a population.

Or the way they label a band of black thugs “teens” whenever they go on a rampage.

At this point, federally owned and/or managed woodlands are being threatened, and it’s out of the Mayor of Portland’s hands, and probably the Oregon Governor’s, too. Time to send in the feds.

Found the following regarding Antifa Arsonist Acord:

Sources told Protester Privilege that Acord is now a suspect in two other local fires. As of Thursday morning, the Sumner Grade Fire in Sumner, that destroyed four homes, and the Bonney Lake Fire that has burned more than 800 acres.

The unprecedented fires raging in Washington State have become a seasonal norm but some suspect arson because of the locations of the smaller fires in suburban neighborhoods and in proximity to interstate highways. Residents of Bonney Lake told Kiro 7 news that they found broken glass with newspaper in the brush. Residents of Buckley Washington have reported similar claims in neighborhood social media groups.

Washington State Law:

(1) No person in the state shall be placed in legal jeopardy of any kind whatsoever for protecting by any reasonable means necessary, himself or herself, his or her family, or his or her real or personal property, or for coming to the aid of another who is in imminent danger of or the victim of assault, robbery, kidnapping, arson, burglary, rape, murder, or any other violent crime as defined in RCW 9.94A.030.

I would argue that the day this guy was caught lighting the fire, with the very dry conditions, very windy conditions, and in an urban environment with nearby homes and businesses - stopping this guy by “any reasonable means” would be justified as “coming to the aid of another who is in imminent danger of an arson.”

Boy I’m really leaving beginning to hate this segment of white kids.

Tell me are they going back to the projects at night to live with their brothers in arms or are they going back to their cushy suburban homes?

If it was my kid he would be dead to me

It might be nice if the jerk blogger here could get the name of the damn city right. It is Puyallup, Washington. A city in Pierce County, WA. Jeez...what a maroon..

If they can’t get the name of the city right, how can I trust any of the other information?

“Mr. Accord has a bit of a history with the law and with protesting.”

Specifically - placing a flare under a vehicle in an attempted arson. Caught with weapons without a concealed carry license and illegal fireworks.

Interesting how these thugs have their preferred manner of dealing with things. The first guy that Kyle killed had thrown something at Kyle. While in prison, that guy had a page full of write-ups for throwing stuff at the staff.

The rush by officials and media outlets to declare no one arrested for arson is part of AntiFa is similar to actions on the past declaring obvious acts of Islamic terrorism as having nothing to do with Islam.
