Of course. So we must count those who are not here legally and give them representation in congress. It is a Ridiculous ruling that must be appealed.

No. It is an illegal ruling that must be ignored.

It’s about time we got over this notion that the Judicial branch is supreme over all others and can make laws and dictate immigration policy to the Executive branch.

In a few months we might have the Judicial branch attempt to tell us who won the Presidential election. Now would be a good time to give some consideration to the meaning of the term “Checks and Balances”.

Blame the original writers of the constitution. They did some bone headed things. Yes it’s a great document but they screwed up in three ways. One didn’t say citizen on census. They put persons. Second they didn’t give a concrete American citizen for president. Instead went mushy. Third they didn’t put English as official language. And they have caused a lot of hell since.

No. It is a Ridiculous ruling that must be ignored, way past time to quit surrendering executive and legislative powers to the Judicial branch.
