In Washington State there is hwy 16 that runs from Tacoma to Bremerton and over the Narrows Bridge. A few weeks back there was a brush fire on the side of the road. Then as I passed that and drove for 20 more miles, there was one burned spot after the next in the median. I wondered about it being arson, there is NO WAY there were that many just naturally.

Some. if not a lot of those types of fires are caused by people letting their safety chains drag on their trailers.
I know a hell of a lot of you all cant believe that, but that is a FACT. There are road signs here in AZ that tell you to check your safety chains for that reason.
That and the assholes throwing their smokes out the window of their cars.
The fire at Flagstaff AZ last year or the year before was caused by an excavator/loader that was piling brush on a logging job. It threw a spark off the tracks and it caused that fire.
Look, I understand what you just wrote. But I’m talking 5x maybe even 10x as much as normal. I’ve lived here for 50 years.
Also, I’m very close to a very large military base. The last couple years there have been several mysterious fires within walking distance of the perimeter. Last year, there were 3 fires within a day or two of each other, within a several mile radius.

Antifa/BLM started most of Oregon fires. Many have already been declared ARSON.
Kate Brown, Wyden, Merkely and Wheeler all should be arrested and shot.
They have encouraged, enabled, condoned the Antifa/BLM ARSONISTS.
Now they have murdered people and animals including a young boy and his dog.
