Back when I was in elementary school, we boys thought it would be fun to wet toilet paper wads and throw it up on the ceiling. Eventually, it stuck to the lights and everywhere else and was noticed. A couple of kids were caught and told they would be on clean-up duty alone unless they shared the names of other boys who did it.
They did and, eventually, half the boys or more in that elementary school were in the big bathroom getting a talking to from the principal. Names were taken and the bigger kids were put on ladders to clean off the ceilings for the little kids to pick up and clean up.
It was a lesson we never forgot and a stunt that we never even thought about doing again.
I'm willing to bet these jaybirds would be willing to rat out their friends to participate in the restitution payments as well before their own trust funds were totally depleted.
I happened to watch one episode of my many detective procedural dvd sets last night.
The F.B.I. (Efrem Zimbalist ones) from 6th season, 1970.
Girl around 20 is a wealthy rebel from a family dating back to 1776 (grandmother says). She is part of a small group setting up huge bombs in federal buildings and courts.
When will this exact part of history repeat itself?
In a different radical bombing case, I happened to almost choose an apartment two doors down from a blown up building destroyed by university revolutionaries Sept.28, 1968. I took a place half a mile away. Just luck.
