The picture at the site I to which I gave the link shows complete obliteration of every building on the block. In addition, there are many more, and it is evident in many news stories from the last several days.

You showed a picture from 1/4 mile away. Look at the closeups. Also that's from the firestorms in 2017 or more likely 2018 where the wind intensified the fire. In the current scenario there's very little wind.
