When I lived in NH, I figured out easily how I could vote multiple times.
At the time, no voter ID was required.
I learned that two coworkers were not going to vote in the 2012 election. I even asked them, ‘Can I vote for you?’ They basically laughed and said they didn’t care.
All I had to do was to go to the polling stations in their towns, state their names, and I would get their ballots. There was absolutely no check of any kind.
