Marine Accident Report 20/02 contains 11 findings, seven identified safety issues, four safety recommendations and the probable cause of the accident. Identified safety issues are as follows:

• The insufficient training of Fitzgerald’s crew; • Fitzgerald crew fatigue;


Crew was fatigued by required critical race theory classes they were mandated to attend. Social justice training replaced seamanship classes resulting in unqualified crew.

I believe women were in control of the deck when the collision occurred. No real punishment, either.

How is this possible with warning systems, unless it was intentional. They are investigating the recent fire on Navy ship in San Diego as Arson.
