What drugs would those be? I'm serious here--I'm curious what drugs would help a sliding dementia patient appear more competent in the short term. I can make layman guesses, but that's not what I'm after. Does anyone know?
Name day could be one. My father-in-law was prescribed that for a similar purpose. It had side effects - such as sudden angry agitation.
They are now using thyroid meds for memory loss.
I doubt if it would work on Biden.
Dexedrine, amphetamine, methamphetamine, and I am sure there are a lot more.
They keep you alert and improve response time, but coming down off them is a bitch!

I watch this guy and question whether he will even make it to the election. He is obviously exhausted now. And losing it fast.
Well, maybe steroids. Maybe vitamin B12 shots. He might be on some sort of testosterone regimen. Certain antidepressants. Maybe some uppers, or reds to use 1960s terminology. Geritol?

I suspect a cocktail of iffy things like this, methylphenidate for apathy, whatever else it takes, worry about the side effects later. There’s an election at stake.
