When you register to vote, you can choose the option to vote in person and then you’re assigned a precinct. If you go to the SOS website, you should be able to change your voting preference. I did in person voting for a few years after mail in was approved by voters, but switched over to mail in and use the drop box instead of the USPS. If you choose to do mail in, you can also see if your ballot was received by the SOS and accepted.

Well, I believe you if you say so. That wasnt explained very well when I registered (intentionally so?). How will I know where the voting location is for my precinct? I have never seen one here? I will have to see if its in the neighborhood or if I have to drive 20+ miles.
