Transylvania University is Kentucky’s oldest college, hence the name (founded in 1780, when the territory was called Transylvania). They are a private college, located in the middle of Lexington; that’s about seven miles from my house. Their team is named the Pioneers, not the Trannys or Transys. Personally I think they missed an opportunity when they did not name their team the Vampires.

Also, it is clear to me that the ACLU doesn’t know what really happened in the confrontation between Nick Sandmann and the Native American activist.

You need to separate Mr Crankshaw and his employer as my guess is that this was him writing personally and not officially from the ACLU-KY. Other than hiring Mr Crankshaw, this chapter of the ACLU is not otherwise known to have expressed itself.

However, for the LEFT and their yapping dog MSM, it is not they don't know what happened that day in D.C., it is that Nick and his classmates were there for an evil anti-abortion march and they, of the LEFT, NEED to be true believers that Nick Sandmann, age 17 and wearing a MAGA hat, smirked while nearly aggressing against a peaceful drum-playing Native American!

As for the aforesaid Mr Crankshaw, he exhibits all of the well documented biases of the KKK in this diatribe, just differing in the target. Could easily see him in a hood, or black (antifa) bandana, confronting Mr Sandmann after dark, saying; "We don't like your kind around here and we won't tolerate it. I'm giving you tonight to get your belongings and get out of town! Otherwise it will get ugly!"
