what a lot of people don’t know now and didn’t know back then is, LBJ rewrote the draft deferment rules late in June 1967 for post-grads for 1968.

College draft ages were expanded from 19-21 to 19-26 with oldest drafted first.
Post Grads would only get a deferment for 1968 if in post-grad school beginning fall 1967.
So a lot of “childhood” asthma and heart murmur deferments were given to those who were connected.
Biden graduated from college 1965. Syracuse law School in 1968. He was 25 yrs old and out of deferments.

Any way you cut it Biden was a Draft Dodger for a condition that is very subjective during a medical exam. How does a doctor price a patient has asthma?
The irony is that while Biden dodged the draft, there were others who wanted nothing more than to serve their nation in Vietnam, but could not due to genuine medical conditions.
He keeps bragging about his dead son that served in the military, but his death had nothing whatsoever to do with the short time that he spent in the military, and even claimed that he was the Attorney General of our Country, yet never mentions his other corrupt son who was kicked out of the military for drug abuse.
He slandered the truck driver who tried to save his wife’s life, after he hit her because his alcoholic wife was driving with their baby on her lap and drove into the front of his truck. He actually had records of the incident destroyed and lied about the truck driver being the one who was drunk for years.
His wife started drinking because he was having an affair with Jill. So in reality, it was Joe that killed his wife and daughter.
