I was hoping that someone would print masks that are like bumper stickers with pro Trump sayings or anti-democrat memes, not just American flags.

Call a local promotional products distributor. They all have dozens of companies that do custom imprinted masks with anything you want to put on them as long as it’s not vulgar or a copyright violation.
The manufacturers generally use a sublimation process rather than screen printing because it allows you to print more colors and it keeps the breathability of the fabric.
Keep in mind that whatever the minimum run is would all have to have the same imprint. And that number varies according to the type of mask and who’s producing it.
