It’s been a low-key day here. Hubby mowed, I did a little housework - - a typical Monday. LOL

Husband and I once caught a hop to Europe from Dover. Only other passengers were a herd of Horses being transported for a Parade or ceremony. Good weather all the way.
I slept attached to a side seat, (I learned to sleep sitting upright ages ago.) There was no water, coffee, or food served, only Hay for the well behaved Horses.

Flew out out of Dover several times.
Would bring a down comforter for my kid’s to sleep on the floor and I would sleep on their seats.
We always had meal served back then. Or sorta of a box of snacks.

Good weekend, Robin and I went to Lowes to buy fencing for an upcoming project when it's a bit cooler.
I zoomed with my Texas sister yesterday and she's staying with son until she finds a house.

Hi Kathy, our smoke had gone away the past few days and then today we had an unexpected wind storm that blew the smoke back at us and caused a lot of damage and branch fall around here. Settled down now and calmer thankfully.

Better get that back rested up while you can. You’d mentioned the upcoming fencing project a little while back and if you’ve bought the materials, your work load is about to increase soon. LOL
I didn’t know if your sister had contacted a realtor in TX before she moved and maybe had a lead on a house already. I hope she finds something she likes soon.

Whew! That was another very long stream. It’s worrisome that the fires are flaring up in Oregon and WA, too!
Yep, I was watching too. Very worrisome. And now they have the winds coming in to make things even worse. :-(
I know. PLUS...there is a blizzard headed for the Denver area on Wednesday. I’m worried now that the flights will be cancelled on Thursday. As if 2020 couldn’t get nuttier!
