There goes the neighborhood.

Guaranteed, this will do to middle class suburban neighborhood housing what the Community Redevelopment Act Under Clinton and Janet Reno did to mortgage lending right before the industry collapsed in 2008. It will destroy it.

Standards are in place to maintain quality. Lower or eliminate standards altogether and everything will become shit-hole Section 8 slums.

Count on it.

Dems plan is to create a vast slave class under their ruling elite. Everything they do plays to that end, from destroying the middle class to thinly veiled white genocide.

People like myself who live in a nice suburb will just create new suburbs when our current neighborhood gets ghettoized.

Is he really this shortsighted?

This is also to DILUTE the Republican votes in suburbs so that the Dems will OWN the Cities and the burbs!

This “multi-unit housing” would be cheap garbage that is demeaning to those who live in it. Multi-unit housing can be developed that is beautiful, designed with “defensible space” which deters crime, and is pleasant to live in. That is NOT what you typically get out of Section 8 housing. If it were, you would not have the problems that come with it. “People of color” has nothing to do with the issues - it is how they are treated, and how they are treated will affect how they behave and their outlook on life. Left-wing policies destroy their lives and demean these people.

Let’s give this a try in Kenny Bunkport and Carmel, and give it about 5 years, then let us know how it worked...

FRUITCAKE.

We live semi rural, all our suburbs were annexed by Memphis, services never work, crime high, higher property, car taxes. Not failing to mention crime in government and street violence.

“Exclusionary zoning has for decades been strategically used to keep people of color and low-income families out of certain communities.”

Yeah, that’s why ONE HALF of American black families already live in the suburbs. They have been fleeing the city pathologies and crime for a long time now. I doubt these people who successfully fled the sick cities want that crap following them to the suburbs.

“exclusionary zoning” has kept me out of “certain communities” for decades. I don’t have the millions of dollars needed to buy into exclusive gated communities with their one-acre lot minimum size and staggering HOA monthly fees.

The ComDems won’t be satisfied until we are all Harrison Bergeron.

Communities unwilling to eliminate their zoning laws to allow multi-family, mixed-income housing development in their neighborhoods would be shut out of federal grants under Biden’s plan

The plan is to force people to live with people they don't like and have nothing in common with... of course this new law won't apply to Martha's Vineyard... or any of the other white liberal 'elite' hangouts.
