Until they have at least two people’s names, on the record, validating a specific quote, it’s unmitigated bullshit.
The thing is this reporter could have made this whole thing up in cahoots with the Atlantic. They say they have sources but will not divulge them. President Trump who is livid and rightly so said that Jennifer the reporter never even asked him for a comment not even asking him if he had said it. she just ran with the story.
2 weeks ago Tucker promised a story about Chris Cuomo and then 3 days later he come on air and mentioned it and said - We are working on this story and contacted Chris Cuomo and CNN for a comment before we air it. The next day Tucker said they had received no comment for Cuomo or CNN and they went with the story. So Jennifer should have reached out to the President and others there she made a mistake by not doing so.
There have been several people coming out and saying it was not true as they were there when this supposedly took place did Jennifer call them?
At this point anyone could make up anything on you if they will they claim anonymous sources. You are not an all star reporter if you can just make things up out of whole cloth and don’t have to show them to be accurate.
