(CNN)For years, Fox News has worked to undermine and discredit the work of other news organizations that have reported damning details about President Trump and his administration. But on Friday, something unusual happened: The network turned a skeptical eye toward reporting from its own correspondent. After spending much of the day bashing The Atlantic for Jeffrey Goldberg's jarring report which said Trump had disparaged military members who died in service to the country, Fox News itself confirmed key aspects of it. In a lengthy Twitter thread, correspondent Jennifer Griffin said she had confirmed Trump disparaged veterans; didn't want to honor the dead at the Aisne-Marne Cemetery; and did not want to lower flags after the death of John McCain. An actual news organization would aggressively tout that it had matched much of the reporting at the center of the biggest news story of the day especially given that Fox rarely delivers on original reporting of its own. And it would have mattered because Fox viewers are so often shielded from the truth. But Fox didn't proudly hold up Griffin's reporting. Instead, it acted as if it were ashamed....

Not Judge Jeanine. Lastnight her theme was, “Don’t lie to me” and she did mention the article but did not mention Griffin by name while talking about this.
Oops, forgot to mention. My anonymous sources confirmed this through other anonymous sources.
I think it was intentionally released now for a couple reasons.
It’s Labor Day weekend—no Ttump rallies and Biden is locked up in his basement, nothing going on in the news. This is a 5-day story with nothing to compete against it.
Also, ballots were just mailed out in North Carolina, home of Fort Bragg and a lot of military voters. What a coincidence!
I agree the Biden campaign knew about this because they had their tv ad ready to go.
That’s an already debunked conspiracy theory.
More books will be written about Trump than on any other POTUS and not all will be derogatory.
CNN was bad since it began, to an extend, 40 years ago. But it has a different foxus for its first 16 to 20 years as it was both unchallenged ans less bias under Ted Turner. Ted retired and left CNN in 2001 right before 9/11. In the years after the focus slowly shifted as they had to fight off newer news networks and lost viewership. it tried at first to be and claim that is was unbiased and/or with a moderate perserctive. But changes overtime forced it in a leftward direction. The journalist and staff it hired was far left or drifted progressive/liberal. They cheered Obama and it was under his presidency that the channel grew completely worse. When Jim Walton left they were at a crossroads and should have tried to steer the channel into a moderate position. BUt They hired the guy who ran NBC/MSNBC to the ground and was totally partisan and far left in Jeff Zucker. So You knew what direction it was headed and it got more and more bonkers at CNN eac h and every year. They also run HLN tp the ground as shows and programs they tried on the channel fail and get canceled and focus also shifts and every year is a new lineup. Only morning shows with Robin Meade remain a constant btu she stook fought off the cancelling of the show in 2014-15 and a attempt at moving her to the main CNN. She didn’t want it and nixed plans. That when they hired Alisyn Camerota.

They make all anchors defend a far left progressive view and editorial perspective.
There is a full on media assault against President Trump.
Cohen’s book and another Woodward book coming out with several tales no doubt amplified by hostile media including Drudge/FOX.
The entire media landscape is against Trump and is trying to elect Biden.
I have never seen anything like it.
My sources in the financial world (I wont say what firms) tell me that Trump is going to win the Electoral College and they have done their own extensive polling in battleground states to get an accurate picture and influence investment decisions on behalf of clients.
This is why we’re seeing a coordinated media attack.
Trump is winning the EC contrary to all the mainstream polling.
These sources tell me it’s just like 2016 and they were accurate then when they told me Trump would win.
I didn’t believe them then but I do believe them now.
The whole media has gone into CNN mode.
New books coming out every week full of tales which will be regurgitated as truth ...
It’s not going to work.
My sources are solid and the freak out is because they (corporate media) probably see it too...
The mainstream polls are wrong just like they were in ‘16.
Decades? Try centuries. Lion King was a rip-off of Hamlet. Worse thing is, they can’t do an honest job. Hunchback has had several movie and cartoon versions, but in all of them, Esmerelda gets to live and marry Phoebus the buff police captain. I read the book cover to cover, and it’s quite clear at the end, Esmerelda dies, Claude Frollo dies, his rotten teenage brother dies, and Quasimodo dies. Phoebus marries the rich girl. Lion King, Hamlet/Simba survives and becomes king. Even in Mowgli, Sher Khan survives through a whole sequel, even, and just sits there passively in a pool of lava while a vulture insults him. Mowgli kilt and skint that SOB in the Jungle Book. Read Kipling and it’s right there. Can’t anyone ever die in Disney’s deranged fantasy world. Oh, yeah. Old Yeller and Mufasa. That’s it.
They want him to lose the popular vote again. Not happening. They’ve wrecked their credibility completely, and the more they attack, the less they have.
The “source” is probably Ltc Vindman.
Its time the CEOs of these so-called media outlets are investigated for corruption. The First Amendment shouldn’t give them the right to say whatever the please as Facebook and Twitter censor facts backed by evidence.
Well, Joy Behar and Whoopie Goldberg will help bring them back this year./s
But there are four of them. One was Blowy, who heard from a friend who heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend he was dissing dead troops. Then there was the French Premier, who didn’t understand English well enough, and thought he said something like that, but might have been talking into his own sleeve. And then they were hoping Bolton would lie.
nope sorry- it’s trump derangement syndrome- she’s become tiring listening to=-have a nice day-
[[You are deranged]]
