funny how there’s always a judge around to order polling stations to stay open longer or count this vote or that vote for whatever reason.....but not for this.

My guess if it was a Democrat item, 2 weeks late in the trunk of a car would be accepted.

As long as republicans keep making a stink about this, it works in their favor and the message will get out x10.

But they want to accept votes received a week after the election.

According to whose watch?
To: Drew68
B-but the Democrat statement was written in crayon and on toilet paper!
29 seconds is 29 seconds.

Predictably, Oregon will ignore their deadline rule when the DNC gets tired of Biden/Harris polling numbers dropping like a rock and replaces them for the NOV 3 election... despite most states not allowing changes within 60 days of an election.

The Dems won’t allow a statement to be included because it’s 29 seconds late, yet will insist that mail in ballots received DAYS after the election be counted. Yea, that’s the Rats for you.
But to be on the bright side, the Rats have set a precedent.

The GOP just has to point to this as precedent. Of course that won’t make any difference to a Rat judge who just makes up the law as he/she/it pleases.

The panic is truly starting to set in.Michael Moore is one of the small handful of libs I follow on Twitter and he put it best a week ago.
"Someone needs to pull the fire alarm NOW. Where are the stories about Trump gaining on Biden? Belows a poll from Fri in Michigan. Last week Trump pulled within 4 pts of Biden. Now in one poll Trump is AHEAD of Biden in MI 47-45. Yet so many Dems convinced Trumpll lose. DANGER!"

Deadlines didn’t matter when the Rats substituted Lautenberg for Torricelli. And it was much longer than 29 seconds, more like 2 weeks.
