Yes it does. The locals may bury their heads, but the Feds already killed the murderer. They need to go after the rest.

I no longer believe some segments of the Feds are even 25% Constitutional. Like the Fibbies. While I believe that the vast majority of the US military take their oath seriously, such as all the NCO Corps, I would look at as much as 30% of Obama's Perfumed Princes, O-4s and above, carefully located in staff positions, and the Pentagon, all the way up to the JCS, as treasonous.
In fact, ANY Democrat. They justify this as being "pragmatic", but with the idea that they can move into a new regime as the opportunity presents itself.
