Jerry W. South West Sedona
There is no real evidence of fraud in mail in voting, except GOP lies. 5 hr ago

Sorry, Jerry, but the June election in Paterson, New Jersey was just thrown out by a judge after 20% of the mail-in ballots were invalidated due to fraud. Additionally, one of the candidates in the municipal election was indicted on three counts. One of which was being found with ballots in his possession. And, no, the candidate was not GOP.
Further, former President Jimmy Carter headed a commission on voting safety in 2005 which concluded that mail-in voting is the least reliable method due to the potential of fraud. 20 min ago
You can see my response, below his.
I think we should have a lottery for Freepers guessing how long before they throw out my post for being divisive and argumentative.
Good on you. That was a smackdown.
I think we all know that free speech should not be divisive and argumentative...
bkmk
As soon as jerry sees it and starts whining and pouting, it will be gone.
Keep us updated, but a good factual post like that with not a hint of hate should stand. Well done. I wouldn’t do anything on that site, but keep to the rules of this forum.
“NO profanity, NO personal attacks, NO racism or violence in posts.”
I thought NextDoor didnt allow any political postings on their neighborhood site.
Good but don’t apologize.
Going on the ND app is like going to a,mental hospital and reasoning with the patients. Impossible
I was surprised that Jerry's post was there, but I couldn't just let it go unchallenged.
It is very likely that it is political posting of a particular persuasion that is not allowed. If they take down my post and let Jerry's stand, then that would pretty much prove where they are coming from.
I suspect that they would not have bothered erasing Jerry's, but my response may force them to remove both.
I wasn’t really apologizing. It was a way to type “Sorry Jerry” without calling attention to it. The comma was just a slip up. :)
Is there a link here to the specific ND post, so I can read it (if it’s still there)? I don’t see any links in the original poster’s entries, not from anyone else. Thanks.
“I think we should have a lottery for Freepers guessing how long before they throw out my post for being divisive and argumentative.”
ROTFLMAO! Over half my threads disappeared. I am on my fifth ‘time-out’ since May. Two were for 31 days.
Save yourself, debating on nextdoor is futile. There are some real retards and lots of bots.
Don’t say sorry etc.
And I’m just another OU graduate, class of 1972. :) [Responding to the screen name.]
And there are lots of thoughtful people on Nextdoor, as well. If we do not stand up to lies, then we have nobody to blame but ourselves when the worst happens. Not everybody on Nextdoor agrees with Jerry. But the conservative community remains fragmented when we sit on our hands.
As I pointed out to another Freeper who also objected to the use of "sorry", it was really a highly veiled slam.
Remember the Starkist commercials? "Sorry Charlie" became the tuna's de facto name.
Keep arguing or learn. Sorry is an apology. Don’t apologize.
Is your post still there? nextdoor is is for Biden and BLM.
On my Netdoor there is a handy map of your neighbirhood and you can volunteer to print our voting materials for your neighbors. All you have to do is sign up and your address will appear as a colored dot on the map. Just click the dot and you will get an address and message from the volunteering resident.
