Structural (or institutional) racism really what is meant by “systemic racism.” That is, built into the structure or the system.
The problem is that many of our illiterate rabble rousers confuse “systemic” with “systematic,” which is really what they want to say. Systematic means done according to a preestablished system, and their theory is that there is a preestablished system that is meant to keep blacks down.

I don’t think any such thing exists in the school systems of America.
This conflates racial disparities with racism. The fact that disparities in education exist has many factors.
The same false argument is made to explain why more blacks commit crimes than whites. Racial disparities exist in many things but the cause is not automatically racism. I think it’s the least of the reasons.
The ONLY racism I see is with BLM!
