This morning on F&F they were busy discussing the new Fox poll that showed Biden's lead had shrunk to 7 or 8 points.
You can find a "brand new poll" everyday that shows what ever you want to see.
What was that about...

Does Rasmussen correct for massive oversampling of Democrats, conservatives who hang-up on pollsters, and the many people who lie to pollsters (like myself)?
I assume not, otherwise Trump would be up by 15%

You can typically add 3-5% to Rasmussen. But that is the Rasmussen of old, so I would throw in another 1-2%. I do think though that there will be a very large compliment of Trump democrats this time around. Trump has really delivered for PA.
