Very good point. However, the trial probably wouldn’t have taken place until several years from now. By that time, everyone would have forgotten about it.

Consider that there was literally ‘smoking gun’ evidence in this case yet the perp was allowed to run free for about a week.

I don’t know about that. He got off quite a lot of shots before the threat was eliminated. The cops were lucky no one else was killed or someone taken hostage. This could have turned out to be a very ugly pursuit.

During the encounter, Reinoehl had pulled a gun, 'threatening the lives of law enforcement officers,' officials said.
'Task force members responded to the threat and struck the suspect who was pronounced dead at the scene,' authorities said in a statement.

Yet another example of what happens when you resist arrest and don't comply. Doesn't matter what skin color.......
