Stealing residents stimulus checks
Didn’t they watch Better Call Saul?
If the patient stay at the nursing home is paid by medicaid, would not the state have rights to "claw back" the stimulus check? I know that is a historical happenstance but not sure if Congress included special language to prevent that in the current stimulus package.
