What the CDC actually reported is that 6% of the deaths had no documented co-morbidities. I downloaded all the CDC tables by state with location of death, age/sex/race, but the co-morbidity information was not provided in detail, just footnotes. Still don’t know if these people were killed by the ventilator, too, and might have survived with a less invasive treatment. Also remember that for medical coding covid19, no proof is necessary - financial incentives provided the impetus to keep it fast and loose.
