The DC “government” is unconstitutional and should cease to exist.
The phrase “in all cases whatsoever”, as applied to the power of Congress to legislate over a 10 x 10 mile district had deep meaning to the authors of Article I, since it was used to describe the right of Parliament to legislate for the colonies in what were called the Intolerable Acts.
“In all cases whatsoever” EXCLUDES subordinate or rival assemblies. Any pretended statute or rule emitted by the DC “government” that is not passed by both Houses of Congress and signed by the President is a nullity.
I only wish I could still do it. Now, my old bones have trouble with just four flights here, when the elevator goes out :-)

I am surprised they havent been screaming bloody murder to bring down the Jefferson Davis monument in Fairview, Kentucky. It is 2/3 the height of the Washington Monument, 350 feet, and you can see that sucker from 8 miles away.
Only reason I can think is because it is so far out in the middle of absolute no where few people seem to be aware it even exists.

I have never been a racist, even after 8 long and painful years of Obama. It wasn’t until Obama came into the equation that I had any idea how much black people hate me. First came the “knockout game”, then daily hate speech and claims that everything I stood for made me a racist.
I no longer give a damn. There are many good and decent people that happen to be black...they would all be welcome in my home. But the rest of these lowlifes can KMA....perhaps that should be, KMWA.
I feel like we have been invaded and the enemy is trying to destroy my country and erase all memory of our past.
I love our president, but somehow he better figure it all out, and bring this attempt to destroy my country to an end....with or without blood letting. He better stop it dead in its tracks and do it soon.
