The US District Court for DC is the deep-state’s court. Its totally biased and completely political. I don't know if they will really make an effort to drain the swamp, but if they do, the only way to do it is with military tribunals. DC courts are a waste of time.

Which is why you will NEVER convict a deep stater of ANYTHING if the trial is held in D.C. The court is their beeyatch and the jurors all work for the government. This needs a constitutional fix. All trials of current or former government employees to be moved to another circuit, chosen by lot.
