60 days for trying to murder a police officer? I can only hope that for 60 days these young snowflakes learn the multi racial LGBQT societal interaction that occurs in prison.
Fear of jail time will not win this war. Some of these anarchists are gonna have to pay the ultimate price. Until that happens, this will continue to escalate.
I was able to extract that this was in Arvada, but still don’t know what Country/Region/Sovereignty.
Interesting... some years ago Arvada was also where...

These are just tidbits I gathered last night cause lots of ppl I know were enraged about this. The DA’s name is or was Muir, but, despite looking everywhere couldn’t find the name of the judge:
Arvada police arrested four men and a juvenile in connection with a chemical bomb that injured an officer and another man in west Arvada, police said.
The five teens are accused of throwing a homemade chlorine bomb at the officer and another man, who had stopped to clear a street of a barricade made from road signs and plastic wrap, according an Arvada Police Department arrest affidavit.
Within 24 hours of the attack, Maxwell McCann, 18; Braiden Ulmer, 19; Isaac Koch, 19; Gavin Dawson, 19; and an unnamed juvenile were arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault; criminal attempt of second-degree assault; two counts of possession, use or removal of explosives or incendiary devices; and conspiracy to commit possession, use or removal of explosives or incendiary devices.
The attack happened after midnight Saturday when an officer, identified as T. Grahn, responded to a call about the barricade on Beech Street, near the intersection of West 68th Avenue.
The street signs had been pulled out of the ground and placed in the street, creating a barricade. And plastic wrap was strung across the road and attached to signs.
Grahn saw a small plastic bottle near the poles and heard a man yell Hey, asshole, as a person ran away, the arrest affidavit said.
As the officer grabbed his flashlight and drew his gun and began to look around, one of the callers who reported the barricade approached and helped the officer move the signs, the affidavit said.
As they were moving signs, someone threw a plastic bottle, which began to shrink and release white smoke after it hit the ground, the documents stated. Grahn also smelled chlorine.
The caller helping move the signs said he had seen someone throw a smoke bomb before police arrived.
More officers arrived to search for suspects. As Grahn was working with them, he collapsed, the affidavit said. He was diagnosed with a chlorine gas exposure at SCL Health Lutheran Medical Center. The bystander was treated at his home for minor injuries, the documents said.
While searching, police found three more bombs, and an Arvada Fire hazmat crew determined at least one of the devices was made of brake fluid and powdered chlorine, which caused the chemical reaction.
The five were identified as suspects after investigators found in a nearby field a Walmart receipt that listed ingredients purchased to make the devices. They obtained Walmart surveillance footage that showed the five suspects, according to the documents.
McCann, one of the teen suspects, told police he thought the gas from the bombs wasnt toxic or harmful, according to the arrest affidavit.
The five are scheduled for an advisement on Friday.
Arvada Police Chief Link Strate said in a video released Monday that the police department is grateful that our officer and the community member were not more seriously injured, although we do not yet know the long-term effects of this attack on them.
In reference to the incident on April 6 that left a Citizen and Officer injured, within 24 hours after the incident five suspects were taken into custody. Four adults and one juvenile were all placed in local detention facilities. pic.twitter.com/QrgOn5WyUo

The attack is not representative of the community, Strate said.
We appreciate the support of our community and we take their safety and our officers safety very seriously, Strate said.
The defendants, all 20, had detonated at least seven additional incendiary devices in the area, the release said.
Gavin Beret Dawson and Maxwell Cade McCann were sentenced to probation for two years, with 60 days in the jails Alternative Sentencing Program, which includes jail work release and in-home detention. Both men had pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree assault of a peace officer toxic caustic device, a felony.
Braiden John Ulmer was sentenced to probation for two years, with 30 days in the jails Alternative Sentencing Program. He pleaded guilty to the same charge as Dawson and McCann.
Isaac Carl Koch was granted a two-year deferred judgement and sentence after pleading guilty on Dec. 9, 2019, to conspiracy to possess and explosive/incendiary device, a felony.
These men set up an ambush for police. When the first Arvada officer arrived to clear away the road hazard, he was a fixed target for their toxic chemical bombs, said DA Pete Weir, in the release. These young men purchased the chemicals and plastic bottles at Walmart, mixed the bombs and then set up their targets for ambush.
The officer suffered serious heart damage and spent months going to medical appointments and missing work. He continues to suffer the effects of the chlorine gas.
Bubba will be waiting for them.
In closing: Anyone that cannot see that the law is on the side of the criminal parasites vs. the law abiding Tax Paying Citizens by now needs a seeing eye dog and should not be operating a motor vehicle.
Shoulda been 5 years.
Lifetime parole.
they should have gotten at least 1 year in an actual prison, not in a local jail.
The judge made sure that they will be back out on the street rioting a month before the election. The judge can’t spare these people, they fight!
First of all, I assume that this will be in the county jail instead of prison. I think that sentences of 1 year or less commonly are in the county lockup.
Next though, I suspect the 4 persons were woefully under charged as it appears they could have been charged with serious State level felonies such as attempted homicide and arson. Also, I wonder if some Federal charges could be levied as well.
Id appreciate if someone with enhanced knowledge beyond this article could fill in the blanks left dangling and fix any of my assumptions.
