The community drives all of it. No politician can do anything for people who won’t be responsible citizens. Yes, they are all Democrats, but you could call them anything and the result would be the same.

many of the instigators are from out of state
just there to explicitly destroy things and amp up the problems
out of state people are bringing gas and weapons and crap to WI as well
