The cars keep getting in the way; I couldn't tell if it was riding-on-skateboard-guy or one of the pedestrians. BUT -- right after the shooting, skateboard guy hightailed it out of there sans skateboard. Someone else picks up the skateboard -- around the time the black car brakes hard right in front of the victim -- and saunters off with it, holding it up to shield one side of his face. That sure smelled of foreknowledge / collusion.
