If that’s accurate, it looks like a hit, or flat out murder unless they find the victim was armed as he walked towards the shooter. The video is not good enough to determine that. Did they find a weapon where the victim fell, I have no idea. If not, it’s flat out murder.
It was a hit and the skateboarder was hunting Trumpers for the shooter. The question is how far up the BLM chain did the order go.
