Competing rallies between supporters of Black lives and pro-police, pro-Trump crowds raised tensions across Oregon Saturday. A person was shot in downtown Portland during a pro-Trump caravan through the city Saturday night, according to multiple reports from journalists on social media.
Videos of the scene from Southwest 3rd Avenue and Alder Street show medics attending to a victim on the ground. No further details were immediately available.

A red car that looks to be a Dodge pulled up to a White male in tan shorts and after the two have a few words the driver who was a black male shoots the person on the curb 2 to 3 times.

In the video, looks like the possible shooter was wearing dark shorts, knee high white socks and lite colored shirt or hoodie.
Funny how the violent protestors are not identified as pro-Biden.

The possible shooter, knee high white socks, appears to run off to the right and out of site on the field of view on the video.
Looks to me like he shot tan shorts guy in the back as tan shorts guy was walking away.
