While we have Gaige's friends written comments on this issue, I don't think it comes into a court case. It is nothing but hearsay. If anyone believes Gaige will admit to ever saying that he is dreaming. Gaige will get legal advice and will claim he never said it.
Running Rittenhouse down with his gun drawn should be enough to make the case.
But that assumes anyone will charge Gaige with anything.

As a former Army Medical Corpsman ( not a “corpse—man” as Obama repeatedly pronounced it), let me say it comes from US military, I was called “medic” 1,000 times, sometimes they called me “doc,” which stroked my ego, but the fact is, our schooling at Fort Sam Houston was only 10 weeks long* back in the day, so think of it as a guy with significantly qextra first aid training, and a bit of experience.
*IIRC correctly, the Medical Corpsman training (91A) has nowadays been expanded to 16 weeks.
The Obama/Biden Department of [selective] Justice would have filed civil rights charges against the kid by now. And Harris, when Ca. AG, would have ordered him slam dunked him into solitary, ASAP.
