I watched the live stream that caught the festivities. Dude was bare-chested. The t-shirt he wore earlier while taunting Kyle was on his head. Not a mark visible on him but the hole near his temple, and a little blood on his nose. He gurgled once.
Gaige is still holding the gun after he gets shot. Kyle looks at him again and considers him a neutralized threat, then looks away for other immediate threats to himself.
The gun did not fall to the ground. His right arm nerves seized up. His “medics” had to pry the pistol out of his fingers. Other video shows this.

In the split seconds between the time he was feigning surrender and the time he was shot in the arm, he quickly aimed the gun at Kyle’s head when he thought Kyle couldn’t notice. But Kyle DID notice and in an incredibly quick reaction shot Pistolero’s In the arm. That quick reaction saved his life by a split second, IMHO, as the wound disrupted/removed Lefty’s ability to squeeze his trigger.

I am wondering about that, too. The unhinged rage they sometimes exhibit seems too off the charts to be natural. The police have 3 of their vehicles. I am very interested in what they find.

That move definitely saved his life in light of Gaige telling his friend later that he wished he had killed him and emptied his mag into him.

Well, at the time of the wounding, he instantly lost the ability (or desire?) to finish a trigger squeeze. And THAT, by a split second, saved young Rittenhouse from having a bullet fired into his head.
It looked like a scrape on the inside of his right calf. I’ve bled more playing touch football.
I am confused... the guy he shot in the arm was the guy with the gun.
what are you confused about?
I could be wrong., but I recall stories of the Japanese using meth during WW2.
another guy did fire a gun, in fact fired first. But Kyle shot the first guy, and even called 911 and said that. The first guy he shot had run after him, cornered him, attacked him and tried to take Kyle’s weapon, and which point Kyle shot him. Clear self defense.
I thought someone was saying the guy with the gun that got shot in the arm wasn’t holding a weapon, but instead a phone. But it turns out he was holding both, and dropped the phone when he got shot in the arm holding the pistol
