However when a person is dying, usually we docs give them lots of pain killers to keep them comfortable, so one does wonder who tweeted for him.

I was thinking more along the lines of major surgery, colostomy, and chemo.

Good for him ! It’s very important for people in high risk groups to take preventive action or at least actively monitor their health (doctor visits, tests..). Kayleigh Mcenany spoke at the RNC convention about being in a high risk category (84%) for breast cancer which she inherited from her mother and how she underwent a double mastectomy. Very wise thing to do. At least now she will have peace of mind.
