I don’t find this statement to really be all that shocking. He’s basically saying he wishes he had shot first so his arm wouldn’t have been mangled. Okay, well, too bad. He will have to perform his next felony with a lame arm.

This statement is exhibit 1 for the defense of this young man. The other two are pretty easy as well -

First victim was an idiot yelling the N word telling people to shoot him. He was very aggressive and cornered the young man. I suspect the guy shot in the arm was the one who fired a shot as the first victim was advancing on the young man.

Second victim chases the young man and assaults him by swinging his skateboard at his head.

This guy advances on the young man with a pistol in his hand. By his own admission he is stating that he had the ability to shoot the young man.

Correct me if I am wrong with the summary, but all three of the “victims” appear to have been aggressive towards the young man who was clearly trying to get away.
