Of course he always seems confused. But keep in mind it is also an old Jedi mind trick to use the question as a springboard to talk about what you want to talk about. Politicians have done that forever.

As usual, the person making the video edits out pertinent information. At no point do we hear the original question(s). How hard can that be?! Instead, the video is incessantly interrupted by people’s take on what transpired.
All we see is three disconnected responses from Biden, but the video edits do not demonstrate that he is actually “rambling”. For all we know, Biden could be making (somewhat) rational responses to three different questions on three different topics.

This needs to be fact checked.
I have been trying to find out the truth.
The USA Today says “According to social media, he considered himself part of the militia.” Now that's a pretty cut and dry statement, but they go on to show some other people's Facebook’s posts, who say they are a militia, but Kyle is not anywhere in the quotes.
They then say he supports the police, and is in favor of the Blue Lives Matter movement. THAT is NOT a militia.
So I'm going to say no, the fact check is FALSE.
I'm retired military, and the fact of the matter is every male between the ages of 17 and 55 are actually part of the unorganized militia of the United States.
But we all know that's not what Biden is referring to. He's falsely accusing this kid of belonging to some supremacist group, with bulging veins and torches, to make people think he is the worst kind of racist provocateur and criminal.
Joe Biden. Liar. Accuser.
I hope Linn Wood sues him.
