I watched the 2020 Republican National Convention on C-Span, largely because the screen is uncluttered with banners and preview windows and they hang around at the end of such events for awhile, particularly when President Trump, Vice-President Mike Pence, or First Lady Melania is the speaker. I would try to turn to Fox for analysis only to see first up the shining visage of a Marie Harf or a Juan Williams, the Democrat who has lately been obsessing about something called “QAnon violence” whatever that is.
Mornings at Fox have not been much better, with the likes former DNC chair Donna Brazile who, on Tuesday morning’s episode, lost it entirely when questioned about the DNC’s failure to address and accept responsibility for the anarchy, rioting, looting, burning, and deaths resulting from the Democratic Party’s push to empty the prisons, defund and otherwise neuter the police, and to not arrest or prosecute vigorously those perpetrating the violence. I agree. Murdochs sons, who are very liberal, took over the only non lunatic liberal cable news station and are now maneuvering it to see things from CNN’s point of view.That is why an emboldened Wallace’s true leftism is starting to show its ugly head. They will, in the end, destroy the station as conservative viewers begin to look for alternatives which, unfortunately, are few.

Yep I agree. We watch OANN now for the most part. Well I do, my husband still likes Fox and he likes the FIVE. I can’t stand Juan, Donna, Chris or Brit. The morning show isn’t bad, as a rule, but I do tend to mute it often.
Why? When Roger passed that was it for Fox.
They were unprepared to cover this convention. Even Hannity. He thought more people would rather watch him and his same-old guests (Lindsay Graham??) than a Trump RNC.

Actually, while Rush is fighting his cancer (praying for a full recovery and a permanent return). I would love to see Tucker stand in for him occasionally. It would be a blockbuster.
chris wallace absolutely trashed Trump’s speech last night...to no surprise. Said it was much too long and flat, and of course started in on the legalities of using the White House for campaigning.
I think Wallace is butt hurt because he knows he’ll never get a Trump interview....and Biden won’t either. Wallace probably can’t stand the fact that Ainslie and Steve Hilton get one on one interviews and he can’t.
Hannity is a solid Trump backer but for godsakes, he needs to learn to shut his mouth. Nothing more annoying then a split screen showing a speaker you want to listen to and Hannity bloviating on the other screen about the same stuff he says everyday.
