Another freeper said that in Wisconsin a minor can possess a firearm with an adult, or by themselves if they have the training course.
I have not looked at the actual laws. In nearby Minnesota that was the case many (many!) years ago. I think they change the laws in Minnesota though. It is 16 years old to buy a long gun. I think I was about 14 when I bought my first shotgun.
Those are high standard charges. Like trying to squat 700 lbs. Either the prosecutors are trying to get thrown out or they’re corrupt.
This kid walks free in the end. They might catch him on carrying a weapon across the state line, but he’s 17.
Let the little commies sweat.
And another guy was mostly peacefully smacking him with a skateboard.
How about felony murder charges for all those involved in the criminal attack on Kyle?
Kyle's alive. Only because he defended himself from their Assaults, two of them with deadly weapons.
Do any of your questions have anything to do with self defense? Do your questions ignore the bill of rights? If it was your son would you have preferred he have an inferior rifle? No rifle at all?
I feel like I’m in bizzaro world. A 17 year was attacked on the streets by armed rioters and is under arrest for defending himself! Think about that along with your questions that don’t matter.
