In an abrupt about-face, the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and governor of Minnesota have recently retracted their decisions to ban the use of hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19 patients. As the saying goes, it’s better late than never.
For mostly political reasons, hydroxychloroquine has become a highly controversial drug. Ever since President Trump voiced his support for the drug as a viable treatment for coronavirus, the liberal mainstream media has gone berserk and have done all in their power to discredit hydroxychloroquine.
Keep in mind, the liberal mainstream media are not doctors.
On March 21, President Trump tweeted:
“HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE & AZITHROMYCIN, taken together, have a real chance to be one of the biggest game changers in the history of medicine. The FDA has moved mountains - Thank You! Hopefully they will BOTH … be put in use IMMEDIATELY. PEOPLE ARE DYING, MOVE FAST, and GOD BLESS EVERYONE!”
Finally, nearly five months after Trump’s tweet, some state leaders are allowing residents in their states to take a drug that could literally save their lives.
At this point, you may be wondering why this drug has become so controversial. It surely isn’t due to lack of safety, even if the mainstream liberal media says so. In fact, hydroxychloroquine has been approved for more than 65 years. It is commonly used to treat diseases such as arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune diseases.
Despite the misgivings of mainstream media morons, who have no idea what they are talking about, hydroxychloroquine is an off-patent drug that is affordable, accessible, and could make a huge difference in the fight against coronavirus.
Here is a pointed question for the media hypocrites who decry hydroxychloroquine: How many Americans need to die before safe and viable treatments, such as hydroxychloroquine, are made widely available?
As of now, anyone who questions the mainstream liberal media’s narrative regarding coronavirus or potential treatments is heavily criticized. Unfortunately, even medical experts who have no political skin in the game are put on the chopping block if they offer a counter viewpoint.
Such is what happened to the highly esteemed Harvey A. Risch, MD, PHD, a professor of Epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health. Risch has been bombarded with insults from media lightweights because he published a piece in the American Journal of Epidemiology, titled “Early Outpatient Treatment of Sympotmatic, High-Risk COVID-19 Patients that Should be Ramped-UP Immediately as Key to the Pandemic Crisis.”
Risch’s work has garnered national attention. He was recently featured on Mark Levin’s TV show, where he gave an irrefutable case for using hydroxychloroquine as a treatment and prophylactic for coronavirus.
As Risch stated, his findings suggest that “hydroxychloroquine … has been widely misrepresented in both clinical trial reports and public media.” What a sad state of affairs.
Doctors across the globe have offered mountains of evidence that hydroxychloroquine in combination with zinc or azithromycin, when used by patients not yet hospitalized and recently infected, yields extremely positive results.
Even though YouTube has pulled videos of doctors promoting the use of hydroxychloroquine and the mainstream media continues to purposefully mislead the public about this drug, Americans are still aware of the overwhelming potential this drug offers for those suffering with the dreaded and deadly coronavirus.
Fortunately, some states are realizing how ludicrous it is to prevent their residents from attaining a drug that has been around for more than six decades and has been used by millions of people across the globe.
What is scary is the fact that several states, in cahoots with a malicious media campaign to destroy the president, have decided it is politically desirous to prevent their residents from using a drug that could literally save thousands of lives.
Health care is an extremely personal decision that must remain in the hands of the individual, not the collective. COVID-19 has demonstrated without a doubt that dirty, rotten politics often transcends common sense, compassion, and decency, even in life and death situations.
It is time that Americans demand the ability to make their own health care decisions, in consultation with their doctors, not media blowhards who probably couldn’t tell the difference between a stethoscope and a microphone.
I think they know that they can recall the bans and still have an effective ban because doctors and pharmacists are terrified to prescribe or distribute it now after being threatened to be investigated, sued, or lose their licenses for six months.
Simple solution to the pandemic,,,,Make HCQ and Azithromycin OTC drugs so anyone who develops a cough and/or fever can go the nearest drug store and self medicate with the drugs along with Zinc Sulfate with correct dosage within 48 hours of symptoms and pandemic over.,,,,,instead of waiting a few days to get tested and 5 days for the results,,,,if over 60 years of age,,,,you’re dead.
I believe “they” funded and deployed the virus in cahoots with the Chinese.
AND I HOPE THE DOJ STARTS AN INVESTIGATION!!

Yep, you both nailed it:
1. Two critical “battleground” states, OH and MN.
2. Polling is turning against the Dems.
Now they will say “After careful study and following the science, we approve the use of HCQ. We didn’t want to be too hasty and endanger people with what were at the time considered to be dangerous drugs. We compassionate Democrats are saving lives.”
If HCQ is so “controversial” how did it get approved by the FDA? Sure, people with heart problems should probably avoid it, but that doesn’t mean it should be banned for everyone else. As with any other medication, consult your doctor to see if HCQ is right for you.
Was the ZINC left out intentionally? My understanding is that it is a major factor.
ALL of them should be sued for any wrongful injury or death. They had no state right to do rhis.
I’d say several BILLION dollars of payouts would dissuade them from additional political medicine.

Not sure that tis is possible. Making the taxpayers of the state “cough up”, so to speak, a few billion MIGHT be possible. That may dissuade them from electing “political scientists” in the future.

Trump will win, and there will be a continuous rain of ruin on the Dems for at least four years.

Don’t forget the fat cats that have bunches and bunches of bucks invested in the companies that make vaccines. The price of inoculation will be enormous. And the fat cats will laugh all the way to the bank.
There are literally thousands of cases where HCQ and zinc have inexpensively saved someone’s life.

At least it should be a subject for an act of "censure" ,
and perhaps an issue for political “recall”,
if enough people are dissatisfied with a politician playing doctor, without a license.

Perhaps when the lock down is over we’ll circulate another recall petition. We simply couldn’t get enough signatures with no foot traffic anywhere.
It is such a shame that so few seem to understand that the critical component for healing is the ZINC that Dr. Zelenko had in his 3 part treatment. The HCQ makes it easier for zinc to enter the cells where the virus is hiding and trying to reproduce using our body parts. To the extent that HCQ works without added zinc is probably because the patient has not yet used up all his normal zinc stores. If you suddenly loose your sense of taste and smell, rush to take the zinc because that is one of the symptoms of zinc deficiency.
I clicked the link in the article regarding “Early Outpatient Treatment...” The Abstract does NOT mention ZINC, only Remdesivir and HCQ + Azithromycin. The Keyword and Topic categories both include links for ZINC. Who is responsible for consistent failure to include the most important part of the healing, the ZINC???

Also article about a company that is supposedly supplying vast amounts of data from a large number of countries with no more than 1/2 dozen employees, named Surgisphere. They were responsible for providing the data for the now highly questioned Lancet article. This article has two authors who actually have email links so they can be asked questions about this, and for example, why are there so few or no studies included using zinc and an ionophore like HCQ, Ivermectin, or Quercetin?
They let people die because if there is a cheap simple treatment, there is an alternative to vaccine, and big pharma has big plans for big money making vaccines
Remdesivir is not an outpatient treatment
It takes 5-10 days of IV treatment
Clearly anyone who called it an outpatient or early treatment is clueless
You only get it if you are hospitalized
Remdesivir was given emergency authorization
It is not an FDA drug
The side effects and complications are high and severe for up to 25% of patients based on test results ( liver damage)
The testing of it was rushed and fudged
