Except for my two points:
According to the gub’mint, he wasn’t supposed to be there in the first place (had to drive 20 minutes) and he was breaking the law by carrying the rifle.
They are going to try use those things to rake him over the coals.
He’s going to need a lot of help.

If he was invited to be present and armed, on private property in most states he is not in violation of any law. Maybe in WS.

The fact that he had to run notwithstanding he, as well as anyone of any age, retains the natural and civil right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness.

Where was his daddy/Battle buddy?
